Couch to 5K event will go on 12 weeks

The Ohio Naturopathic Wellness Center, located at SouthBridge West at 755 Boardman-Canfield Road, Suite D-3, will begin its third annual Couch to 5K program at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The program consists of three training sessions per week for 12 weeks in Boardman.
