Liberty girl wins runner-up spot

Courteney Lukac of Liberty was a first runner-up in the Miss Youngstown, Cleveland, Akron pageant April 13.

Lukac, a senior at Liberty High School, is an honor roll student. She is an award-winning artist and is a top-ranked middle distance runner in Ohio.

More than 90 finalists competed in her age group in this, her first teen pageant.
