Cali Mikovich’s two hits included a homer and drove in two runs. Also for the Falcons, Jessica Welsh, McKenzie Luknis and Gabby Butcher doubled.

Austintown Fitch 3, Mathews 2

Luknis tied the game in the bottom of the seventh inning with a two-run double. Mercedes Pratt’s two-out single in the eighth inning brought home the winning run. Butcher’s two hits included a double while Alex Corradi and Alex Franken each had two singles for the Falcons (15-7). For the Mustangs, Maddie Williams and Cheyenne Eggens each had an RBI. One of Williams’ hits was a double.

Austintown Fitch 2, Conneaut 2

Mikovich, Corradi, Franken and Welsh each had hits in Friday’s 11-inning game suspended by rain.

West Branch 4, Warren Harding 3

Bailey Byers had two hits while Maddie Pidgeon, Jeni Stewart and H. Garrett each had an RBI for the Warriors. For the Raiders, Talay Shah Harris drove in three runs with a bases-loaded double. Anaya Langford and Harris had two hits apiece.

West Branch 6, Girard 2

Byers and Bailey McElwain each had three hits for the Warriors (15-4). Sarah Weber (8-1) was the winning pitcher. For the Indians, Jessica Doby had two hits.

Champion 3, Hubbard 2

Winning pitcher McKenzie Zigmont strucj out nine batters and walked none. Brittany Allen had three hits and two RBIs while Amber Ricci and Skylar Jones each had two hits. For the Eagles, Caitlan O’Hara, Keylie Harper and Annie Zagorec each had two hits.

Champion 6, Edgewood 5

Winning pitcher Haylee Gardiner (9-4-1) struck out nine and walked four for the Golden Flashes (14-5-1). At the plate, Ricci had four hits, Allen drove in two runs and Carissa Hurst scored two runs including the game-winner in the seventh. For Edgewood, G. Saturday drove in two runs with two hits. T. Rowe had two hits and C. Dibonato had two RBIs.

Struthers 10, Campbell 2

STRUTHERS

Preshus Brown and Dana Wilkos each homered for Struthers. On the mound, Wilkos struck out eight and walked three for the Wildcats. Brianna Leonard finished the game throwing two hitless innings. Jenessa Rich had a two-run home run to round out the scoring for the Red Devils.

Struthers 19, East 6

Wilkos drove in three runs, thanks in large part to a home run, to lead Struthers. Preshus Brown and Jenna Fedorek both singled three times and drove in two runs. Estrella Gomez had a hit and two RBIs for the Panthers.

Mineral Ridge 12-17, United 0-0

In the first game, winning pitcher Darby Kolesar (10-5) scattered three hits. He whiffed five batters and walked two. She also hit a three-run homer. Macey Garland’s three hits included a double. Allie Watkins had two doubles. In the second game, Kim Schilling (1-0) fired a five-inning one-hitter. She struck out four and walked three. Kolesar’s four hits included a double. Watkins’ three hits included two doubles while Garland hit two doubles for the Rams (11-5, 8-2 Inter Tri-County League Tier One).
