Howland foundation to award scholarships

HOWLAND

The Howland Community Scholarships Foundation Inc. will award 52 scholarships totaling more than $39,500 to Howland High School graduates at a special recognition breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland.

Student applications are evaluated based upon academics and leadership as well as the completion of a 300 word essay.
