Adam Pondillo, 32, of Ridge-view Avenue, Austintown, assault.

Bryon Thomas, 28, of West Marion Avenue, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.

James Herdman, 31, of Ward Avenue, Niles, heroin possession.

Devante Scott, 19, of Hilton Avenue, unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance.

Donnie Smith, 30, of Pothour-Wheeler Road, Hubbard, cocaine possession.

Tara Stewart, 24, of Berwick Avenue, heroin possession and illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility.

Roy Coney, 65, of West LaClede Avenue, tampering with evidence.

Brian K.E. White, 20, of Brook Drive, Brookfield, receiving stolen property.

Luciana J. Wilson, 38, of Penn Hills, Pa., two counts of receiving stolen property.

Marquis R. Thomas, 18, of West Ravenwood Avenue, burglary.

Fayza Zarour, 55, of Barbie Drive, Boardman, intimidation of a witness.

Marcel Roberson, 32, of Wilcox Road, cocaine trafficking with a forfeiture specification.

Jabbar Spires, 20, of Fairfax Street, carrying a concealed weapon.

Charles Butler, 40, of Falls Avenue, three counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of illegal use of Women, Infants and Children benefits.

The grand jury declined to indict Robert McCormick Jr., 34, of Walnut Street, Struthers, on a theft charge.
