Walk, stroll and roll for foster care

YOUNGSTOWN

May is National Foster Care month, and a 2K Walk for the Cause will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mahoning County Children Services (rear of the building), 222 W. Federal St.

There will be food, fun, games, crafts, bouncers and a silent auction.

The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children, maximum of $30 per family, and lunch will be provided to registered walkers. Foster children can walk for free.

The event is sponsored by the Foster Parent Association of Mahoning County, Mahoning County Children Services and OhWow!
