Man accused of theft by deception

AUSTINTOWN

Austintown police arrested a 35-year-old Youngstown man for theft by deception, a felony.

Randy Hilbert III of North Dunlap Avenue is accused of taking a metal brake, a drill and nail gun from a man. The items taken equal $2,000 in value.

The man was alerted by a relative that the brake was at a pawn shop in Youngstown. When he went to check, he noticed two other items missing.
