Paglia to retire
YOUNGSTOWN
Tony Paglia, the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s vice president for government and media affairs, is retiring, effective May 16.
Paglia, 65, served as the chamber’s primary spokesman, and he was responsible for representing the interests of the chamber and the business community with federal, state and locally elected officials.
In his time with the chamber, Paglia founded the Mahoning Valley Local Government Leadership Academy, helped establish the Eastern Ohio Education Partnership, and recently has worked to educate elected officials, chamber members and the public about shale development in the region.
Before his time at the chamber, Paglia worked 30 years at The Vindicator as a reporter and editor.
