Attorney suspended
COLUMBUS
The Ohio Supreme Court has indefinitely suspended a Boardman attorney from practicing law. The state’s top court suspended Atty. Frank Nicholas Fagnano after it said he failed to respond to a complaint from the Mahoning County Bar Association, which said he violated the Lawyer’s Code of Professional Responsibility.
The grievance came from a client, who said he paid Fagnano $400 for legal assistance. Some 21/2 months after paying Fagnano in October 2011, the client filed his grievance with the bar association, saying he was unsuccessful in reaching Fagnano. Fagnano later agreed to refund the client’s money.
