ELECTION UPDATE | Voters giving thumbs up to State Issue 1 in early voting

COLUMBUS — State Issue 1, the bond issue that provides funding for infrastructure repairs, is off to a rousing start toward approval.

In early results, the vote is 121,988 for the bond issue and 43,829 against.
