ELECTION UPDATE | LePore-Hagan to win 58th District

The Vindicator has called the 58th Ohio House District Democratic primary with Michele LePore Hagan as the winner.

With 100 of the 143 precincts in the district, LePore Hagan has a commanding 49.42 percent of the vote in a four-person race.

Her closest opponent, Youngstown Councilwoman Janet Tarpley, has only 23.7 percent of the vote. Among that total vote is Tarpley's base of power, the city's 6th Ward.
