ELECTION UPDATE | Ed FitzGerald has commanding early lead in Dem gubernatorial race

COLUMBUS — In early voting results, Edward FitzGerald has a large lead over Larry Ealy in the Democratic Party primary gubernatorial race.

FitzGerald has 23,345 votes to Ealy's 4,175.

The winner will face incumbent Republican Gov. John Kasich in the November general election. Kasich is unopposed in today's primary election.
