City board of health terminates former sanitarian


YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Board of Health terminated Cicero Davis, former director of environmental control, and approved a severance package of unused sick and vacation days for him totaling $24,063.40.

Davis surrendered his state registration as a sanitarian on March 26 as part of an agreement reached during a hearing with the Ohio Sanitarian Registration Board in Columbus.
