Miss Pavelko, Mr. Brothers plan May rites

Laurie and Jeffry Wellington and Mitchell Pavelko, all of Poland, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie Pavelko, and Heath Brothers, both of Cincinnati. His parents are Barbara and Kim Brothers of Canton.

The couple are planning a 4:30 p.m. ceremony May 31 at Christ Church Cathedral in Cincinnati and a reception at Madison Event Center in Covington, Ky. Invitations will be extended for both events.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in curriculum instruction, both from Youngstown State University. She is an assistant principal in Cincinnati.

Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ohio University. He is a recruiter for Johnson and Johnson in Cincinnati.
