Lowellville Christian Church was the setting of the Dec. 13, 2013, wedding of Lauren Ashley Erdel of Poland and Francis Richard Fitch IV of Ellsworth Air Force Base, Piedmont, S.D.

The Rev. Owen Fitch, the groom’s grandfather, officiated at the 6:30 p.m. ceremony.

A reception followed at Bruno’s Restaurant and Catering in Poland.

James and Jill Erdel of Poland are the parents of the bride, and F. Richard and Debbie Fitch of Pulaski, Pa., are the parents of the groom.

After a wedding trip to Disney World, Orlando, Fla., the couple reside in Box Elder, S.D.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University.

The groom is an airman and B-1 crew chief with the U.S. Air Force.

The bride wore a strapless princess-style white gown that featured a sweetheart neckline and was adorned with embroidered lace. It was fashioned with a lace bolero.

Sister of the bride, Taylor N. Erdel, was maid of honor. The bridesmaid was Blake Angus.

The attendants wore fuchsia and navy blue dresses.

Robert Fitch, the groom’s brother, was best man.

Sebastian Palacio was the groomsman.
