Gia Nicole Montecalvo of Warren and Matthew Mark Gustovich of McDonald exchanged vows Aug. 31, 2013, at St. Columba Cathedral.

Monsignor Peter Polando officiated at the 2 p.m. wedding.

A reception followed at the DeYor Center.

The parents of the bride are Dan and Rosanna Montecalvo of Warren, and Mark and Virginia Gustovich of McDonald are the parents of the groom.

After a wedding trip to Malta and the completion of their new home, the couple will reside in Brimfield Township in Portage County.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and marketing from Kent State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. She is a US marketing manager for KPMG LLP in Cleveland.

The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, both from YSU. He is a process engineer for Summa Health System in Akron.

The bride’s sister, Michelle Montecalvo, was maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Angela Montecalvo, the bride’s cousin; Kristy Gustovich, the groom’s sister-in-law; Gina Bianco, the groom’s cousin; Christina Bostardi; and Sabrina Gilbert. The junior bridesmaid was Gina Lucarelli, the bride’s cousin.

The flower girl was Melina Rozzo, the groom’s cousin.

The attendants wore merlot-colored gowns.

The groom’s brother, Gregory Gustovich, was best man.

Groomsmen were Nico Lucarelli, the bride’s cousin; Anthony Rozzo, the groom’s cousin; Randy Riccitelli; Ryan Witkoski; and Joshua Conkey. The junior groomsman was Anthony DeSalvo, the groom’s cousin. The bride’s cousin Ethan Montecalvo was ring bearer.
