Tenant changes at Shops at Boardman Park

BOARDMAN

A new sandwich shop will open in the Shops at Boardman Park on April 24 next to Quaker Steak and Lube. DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines will provide a dining experience similar to a 1940’s New York-style sandwich shop.

The location is one of 32 in six states. Recently, the Family Christian store relocated from Fashion Square Plaza on Market Street to the Shops.

“Negotiations are underway for more exciting tenants,” according to a press release issued by Handel Investments, the company that operates the Shops.

Cinemark Movies 8 closed its doors this month because of the cost to update the facility for new movies, leaving that space open.

Party Max also closed its doors Monday for an undisclosed reason, but a new tenant is expected to take the vacant space, according to The Vindicator’s broadcast partner 21 WFMJ-TV.
