Creamed chicken and biscuit dinner today to benefit food ministry

NEW WATERFORD

A creamed chicken-and-biscuit benefit dinner, with all proceeds going to the Caring Hands food ministry, will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Fox Hollow Banquet Hall, 3769 E. Main St.

The meal will include mashed potatoes, green beans, coffee or cold beverage and dessert.

Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children 2 to 8 and free for children under 2.

Carry-out is available.

A basket auction and 50-50 raffle will be offered with prizes including a full car detailing, two-night lodge stay for two, baskets and certificates.
