Thursday: The Warren JFK graduate shot a 1-under 71 in the first round of the Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio. Kokrak is tied for 30th, three strokes behind the leaders. His round included two birdies and a bogey.

Today: Kokrak tees off at 3 p.m. His playing partners are Daniel Summerhays and Martin Flores.
