Miss Protheroe, Mr. Koppel plan April wedding

Amanda Protheroe of Hubbard and Kevin Koppel of McDonald are engaged and planning an April wedding.

Her parents are the Rev. Steve and Mrs. Deborah Protheroe of Hubbard. The future groom’s parents are William and Shirley Koppel of McDonald.

The couple will exchange vows in an open ceremony at noon April 6 at New Life Church in Poland, and a cake-and-punch reception will follow at the church.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Raphael’s School of Beauty and earned a degree as a managing esthetician.

She works as a freelance artist and worship team singer.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Virginia Marti College of Art and Design, where he earned associate degrees in graphic design and graphic-based business.

He works as a merchandiser for Superior Beverage Group in Youngstown.
