“PSYCH” SERIES FINALE (9 P.M., USA): After eight delightfully offbeat seasons and one rousing musical episode, we must bid farewell to Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill). The finale, ominously titled “The Breakup,” features guest appearances by Mira Sorvino and Billy Zane. It will be followed by the “Psych After Pshow,” an hourlong live special in which the cast and creator Steve Franks will reminisce about the series and field questions from rabid fans, affectionately known as Psych-Os.
“Hot in Cleveland” (10 p.m., TV Land): “Hot in Cleveland” opens its fifth season with a live telecast that also serves as a crossover with its spinoff, “The Soul Man.” Betty White and Cedric the Entertainer do the crossing over.
