Lunch and food bag giveaway Thursday at E.B. Family Life Center in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — E.B. Family Life Center, 7 S. Garland Ave., will serve a lunch Thursday starting at 11:30 a.m., and have a food bag giveaway after the meal.
