Former Pa. firefighters plead guilty to arson


DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Two Bucks County former firefighters have pleaded guilty to arson charges and will spend time behind bars.

Cody Wagenseller , 19, of Perkasie and Adam Weaver, 20, of Sellersville pleaded guilty this week to multiple counts of arson, and charges of criminal mischief and recklessly endangering other people.

The men were accused of setting a string of fires between Aug. 22 and Sept. 11 in West Rockhill, Richland, Perkasie and Sellersville in Bucks County, including those of a massive hay field and an old warehouse.

Each man was sentenced to spend one to two years in prison, plus 10 years of probation.
