Pasta dinner to boost inner city gardening

AUSTINTOWN

Youngstown Inner City Garden is having a spring fling pasta dinner fundraiser from 5 to 8 p.m. April 5 at the Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.

The funds generated will help build a greenhouse to enable people to garden year-round.

There will be a basket auction.

A Color Guard will retire the America Flag at 7 p.m. to honor all veterans in the room. Boy Scouts Troop 60 will perform a flag-folding ceremony at 7:15 and explain what each fold of the flag means.
