I-680 accident slows traffic

YOUNGSTOWN — Travelers along Interstate 680 northbound, near the Connecticut and Belle Vista avenues exit, were rerouted off the highway for about an hour this afternoon. The accident, in which no serious injuries were reported, involved a truck and a Cadillac, Youngstown police said.
