Firefighters responded to fires at three homes over the weekend.
At a vacant 2309 Gaither Ave. home, crews were called about 4:50 p.m. Sunday and found a chair had been set on fire in a first floor room. The fire spread to the wall and was put out. Damage is listed at $1,000.
At 190 E. Midlothian Blvd. about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, crews found a fire in an attic that burned through a floor. Damage is listed at $12.500 there. The cause there is under investigation.
About 12:21 a.m. Saturday, crews found a vacant 142 E. Delason Ave. home totally ablaze and allowed it to burn to the ground. Damage there is listed at $3,000.
No one was injured in any of the fires.
