Third annual Boardman craft show set for March 29

The Boardman Gridiron Club has announced the date for its third annual Spring Arts and Crafts Show. This year’s event will take place March 29 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the Boardman High School gymnasium.

The event will feature crafters and artisans from as far away as Cleveland and Akron. Show organizers are expecting up to 100 vendors to participate, with products ranging from handcrafted jewelry, fabric purses and hats, doll clothes and accessories, as well as several booths featuring Easter treats and baked goods. Several new vendors have already signed on to participate.

The Boardman High School football team and cheerleaders will be on hand all day to assist vendors and patrons with their goods. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Boardman football and cheerleading programs.

The event will also feature a basket raffle, 50/50 drawings and concessions. Admission is free.
