Boardman charges man with felony burglary

Boardman police arrested a 22-year-old Youngstown on Thursday man on a felony burglary charge.

Craig Bembry of Clearmont Drive is accused of stealing a $1,600 Apple computer, $130 Tiffany silver earrings and a $2,000 wedding ring, a $4,380 LCD TV and a $200 DVD player from a Shields Road home on Feb. 2.

The victim told police she left on Feb. 1 and came back on Feb. 2 to find her home had been broken into.

Police located fresh shoe prints outside of the residence were located by police and a police dog helped to track down more prints. Police took custody of Bembry at a location on Market Street. He is in the Mahoning County jail.
