School leader pleads not guilty in bribe case

CLEVELAND

A school superintendent and grounds director have pleaded not guilty to charges alleging they demanded and received bribes from a company doing business with their Cleveland-area district.

Richmond Heights superintendent Robert Moore and buildings director Richard Muse were indicted on charges of extortion, bribery, theft in office and soliciting or receiving improper compensation.
