YSU wins first game at campus softball stadium
Youngstown State senior Casey Crozier pitched a one-hitter and Ursuline graduate Sarah Ingalls hit a three-run homer to help the Penguins blank Eastern Michigan 7-0 in the inaugural game at the campus softball stadium.
Ingalls, an Ursuline High graduate and McDonald native, hit the first home run in stadium history in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Crozier, the school's all-time leader in wins and strikeouts, struck out five and walked five.
