SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR One of the many classes offered at the Austintown Senior Center is woodcarving. Beginning in the fall, the class spent hours carving two plaques of the Austintown School logo. At the December meeting, they presented Vince Colaluca, schools superintendant, with the plaques. Class members are, seated from left, Marty Trebus, Dorothy Cover, Patty McSuley and Roy Sauline. In the middle are Tom Evans, Darryl Gassler, Diane Ziegler, Colaluca, Ron Walker and Mark Cole, Austintown Rotary president. In the back row are Bob Ziegler, Keith Kingaman, Garry Sullivan and Chuck Mound. Other members are Carol Beadnell, Bob Stas, Don Mortimer and Jessica Ricker.
