Clarks prepare to celebrate their 50th anniversary

AUSTINTOWN

Donald and Genevieve Clark of Austintown will mark the 50th anniversary of their wedding with a party by invitation April 5 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Centre in Boardman.

Mr. Clark and the former Genevieve Koegler were married April 4, 1964, at the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel Church in Loretto, Pa.

Hosting the festivities will be the couple’s children and their spouses: Jeff and Danielle Clark of Poland; Ken and Karen Clark of Boardman; Greg and Lisa Clark of Boise, Idaho; Tom and Colleen Clark of Bonita Springs, Fla.; and Laura Clark of Columbus.

The Clarks also have four grandchildren.

Mrs. Clark worked as a teller for Huntington Bank before retiring in 2007.

Mr. Clark was employed as the business manager for Stadium Auto Group in Boardman before he retired in 2007. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served from 1959 to 1961.

The couple are members of St. Joseph Church.
