CIRV breakfast is Friday in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — The Community Initiative to Reduce Violence breakfast will be Friday in the main lobby of the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave.

The breakfast begins at 9 a.m. and a program will follow, including speeches from Youngstown Mayor John A. McNally and police Chief Robin Lees. The program will also explore resources available through CIRV and upcoming events.
