Bad weather forces Girl Scouts to cancel cookie delivery today
The rain-snow mix has forced cancellation of today's Girl Scout cookie delivery.
A cookie delivery is where volunteers drive through lanes of semi trucks to pick up their troop's cookies.
Girl Scouts of North East Ohio began cookie deliveries Saturday. Nearly 3 million boxes were sold in Northeast Ohio. Deliveries take place over several days.
Cookie booths begin Saturday across 18 Northeast Ohio counties. To find a cookie booth near you, download the free cookie locator app on your iPhone or Android, or visit http://gsneo.org/cookies. If you have any questions, contact Kimberley Graves, Girl Scouts communications manager, at 330-618-5177.
