Youngstown man faces bad check charges in Boardman

BOARDMAN — A Youngstown man has a preliminary hearing March 18 in Mahoning County Area Court here on multiple passing bad check charges.

Township police arrested Christopher Spinelli, 38, of Selma Avenue, on Monday. Police said Spinelli passed a $226.50 bad check to a township video store. In addition, police said Spinelli had warrants out for his arrest on three other passing bad checks charges. He is in the Mahoning County jail.
