Registration deadline is Wednesday for Wean Foundation workshop on fundraising

CHAMPION — The Wean Foundation, as part of its Capacity Building Series and in partnership with Kent State University-Trumbull, is offering a workshop on fundraising from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. March 19 at the KSU-Trumbull Campus Technology Building, Room 117, at 4314 Mahoning Ave. N.W.

The presenter is David M. Holmes, acting director of the Foundation Center-Cleveland, where he is responsible for creating, managing and delivering training programs in support of capacity building of nonprofits in Cleveland and in the midwestern United States since 2005.
