Rescue Mission sets its annual benefit

The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley will host its annual spring benefit April 4 at Antone’s Banquet Centre to support the mission’s general fund.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., and the buffet meal will begin at 6:30, followed by dessert, entertainment and testimonies from clients who have received life-changing help from the mission.

Beyond Broadway Entertainment will provide the show, produced and performed by Rick Blackson and Mary Jo Maluso.

Seats are available now at $50 each. Call the mission’s development department between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 330-744-5485 for reservations. All seats are advance sales.

Dinner will consist of roast sirloin of beef, chicken francaise, whipped potatoes, green beans almondine, penne pasta, garden salad, rolls, cake, coffee and soft drinks.
