2 arrested in Campbell on suspected drug charges

CAMPBELL — Police confiscated 7.7 grams of suspected marijuana and arrested two men during a traffic stop late Friday.

Both 19-year-old Kevonte L. Jordan, of Woodbine Avenue Southeast in Warren, and 23-year-old Ritchie S. Miller, of Rexford Road in Youngstown, are charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. Miller was also cited for not having a front license plate on his car.

In addition to the suspected marijuana, police also seized a hollowed-out pop can that had been used to store the marijuana and $127 in cash.

Jordan and Miller have a hearing at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court.
