Probate basics seminar for professionals, students at Kent Trumbull

Judge Thomas A. Swift of Trumbull County Probate Court will have a probate basics seminar 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. March 21 in the Technical Building at Kent State University at Trumbull, 4314 Mahoning Ave.

It is intended to assist attorneys, paralegals and students and will provide continuing education credits to attorneys. Topics to be covered include trusts, probate court local rules, Ohio rules of superintendence, probate forms and professional conduct in the courtroom.
