Woman charged with shooting at house

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a 35-year-old Austintown woman on charges of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation, menacing by stalking and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

The felony charges against Shannon M. Lowther of North Navarre Avenue stem from a Feb. 2 incident in which shots were fired in a front yard in the 40 block of Placid Boulevard, and police said they stopped Lowther in her vehicle.

Lowther is charged with improperly transporting in her vehicle a loaded .25-caliber gun.

Others indicted Thursday were:

Lisa Eaton, 43, of Lock Heath Lane, Boardman, drug possession.

Megan Henline, 35, of Dickson Street, cocaine possession.

William Himes, 42, of Milton Avenue, breaking and entering.

Jonathan Hapcic, 38, of Warner Road, Hubbard, receiving stolen property.

Joseph Shurtleff, 23, of Alliance, five counts of deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Michael Vrable, 27, of Bay Hill Drive, Canfield, or Florencedale Avenue, Youngstown, theft.

Quentin Boone, 19, of Clarencedale Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and two counts of illegal gun possession.

Dominic Patton, 20, of Unionville, Ohio, carrying a concealed weapon and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance.

Jaquayntae C. Wilburn, 18, of Fifth Street, Struthers, carrying a concealed weapon and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance.

Jajuan Coleman, 21, of LaSalle Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and receiving stolen property.

Darrell W. Sinkfield, 54, of East Midlothian Boulevard, cocaine and heroin possession with a forfeiture specification.

Orin Canty, 44, of Norwood Avenue, harassment by inmate.

Keith Johnson, 24, of West Ravenwood Avenue or Glenwood Avenue, domestic violence and intimidation.
