Club elects officers and sets meeting

The Holy Family Seniors Club recently elected the following officers for 2014: Ruth Burns, president; Jennie Nethers, vice-president; and Laurie Fox, secretary-treasurer.

The club meets the third Monday of each month at 11:30 a.m. for a brief business meeting followed by lunch, bingo and card games.

The March 17 meeting will be at 11:30 a.m. at the church hall with hostesses Theresa Adler, Dora Cercone and Helen Kaplon.

New and renewal membership dues are $10 per year and will be collected at this meeting.

In addition to membership dues, the cost for lunch is $3, optional bingo is $1, and a 50-50 raffle is offered at each meeting.

Membership is open to seniors 55 and older who live within driving distance to the church.
