Spin-A-Thon is set

YOUNGSTOWN

YMCA of Youngstown’s Annual Spin-A-Thon is taking registrations for the event Saturday at the Central Y, corner of Commerce and Champion streets.

Seven one-hour rides are scheduled from 7:15 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. Register at the Central Y or call Maureen Horvath, 330-744-8411 before Saturday.

Each rider must raise $50 per hour for as long as they ride.

The Spin-A-Thon provides financial assistance to underprivileged youth, families and individuals for membership and/or program fees.
