Playhouse adds ‘Snow’ performance
YOUNGSTOWN
Due to strong demand and the recent inclement weather, the Youngstown Playhouse has added a performance of the play “Strange Snow,” which opened Friday in the Moyer Room.
It will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Directed by Christopher Fidram, and with a cast that includes Liz Conrad, Chuck Kettering and Timothy Thomas, “Strange Snow” is a moving yet humorous piece. It reminds audiences that we can decide to let go of the pain of the past.
“Strange Snow” also will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Music at Noon concerts at Butler
YOUNGSTOWN
Youngstown State University’s Dana School of Music will present three Music at Noon performances this month at the Butler Institute of American Art, 524 Wick Ave.
Each of the free Wednesday performances begins at 12:15 p.m. at the museum’s Beecher Court. Parking is free.

Free program on coyotes in Ohio
Boardman
State Division of Wildlife officials will present a free program on coyotes in Ohio from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Lariccia Family Community Center in Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road.
Often reviled and sometimes revered, coyotes are very clever and adaptive animals. Thursday’s program will cover coyote biology, ecology, population trends and current status. It will also dispel myths about coyotes, and provide information about what to do if you encounter a coyote.
