BREAKING NEWS | Police sent to investigate South Side shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — Police were sent to a West Chalmers Avenue home on the South Side to investigate a reported shooting of a person there.

Police said the shooter is a 33-year-old black man. The call came in shortly after 3 p.m.
