Robyn Musgrove, LNHA, will serve as the next associate director for Shepherd of the Valley in Boardman. Musgrove comes to the Christian not-for-profit corporation from Cedarcreek Health Care Center in Warren, where she served as the administrator.

ENGINEERING

Kevin S. Wilmot, P.E., will serve in a water- and waste- water-project management role at Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc.

Wilmot, who has 26 years of private and municipal engineering experience, will manage municipal engineering projects including planning, permitting, design, construction administration, financial analyses, and project financing of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
