Amusement ride parts stolen on East Side

YOUNGSTOWN

Reports say several pieces of amusement rides were stolen from a business on the East Side sometime this week.

Police were called to Lisko Amusements, 3865 McGuffey Road, about 1:55 p.m. Thursday, where the owner told them he locked up at 11 a.m. Monday but when he returned Thursday, he discovered metal pieces of various rides missing.

Reports said someone removed several bolts from the gate of a locked fence, which allowed them to enter the business and steal the parts.
