Mahoning will meet at noon for a catered lunch at DJ’s Greenhouse, 1004 E. Lake Road, Transfer, Pa. The meal consists of sandwiches, salad, fresh fruit, dessert and beverage for $9. The program will include a discussion of what should be done in gardens in July, a tour of the five acres and greenhouse and a container garden demonstration. Hostesses are Laura Mastro and Mary Ann Anderson. There will be no August meeting. For information call 724-962-1230.

Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown will meet at 7 p.m. at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park. Featured speaker will be Grey Berrier on bird watching and how to become a better observer. Guests are welcome.
