mahoning County indictments


The following people were indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury Thursday. They are expected to be arraigned before Common Pleas Court Judge John Durkin sometime next month.

Those indicted and the charges against them are:

Joseph Lucente, 49, Trotter Drive, Boardman, theft.

Robert L. Clark, 41, Canfield Road, possession of drugs.

Jessica Norco, 25, Harlansburg Road, New Castle, Pa., obstructing justice.

Margaret Pakalnis, 42, South Hazelwood Avenue, two counts receiving stolen property and forgery.

Mandy Morgan, 29, Madison Avenue, McDonald, possession of heroin.

Ross DeWeese, 24, Furnace Street, Mineral Ridge, possession of heroin.

Melinda Dowd, 44, Canfield Road, receiving stolen property.

Oliver Hargrove, 47, Detroit, two counts of aggravated arson.

Devron Hosey, 19, East Avondale Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Randy Triplet, 23, Berkley Avenue, trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture specifications.

Rachel Catone, 21, McCartney Road, Lowellville, possession of drugs.

Diane D. Gibbs, 50, Southern Boulevard, possession of cocaine.

Melanie Platton, 42, and Jason Poyssick, 36, both of Forest Hill, Austintown, falsification.

Kenneth L. Smith, 30, state Route 224, Deerfield, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Sharlisa Lawson, 24, Union Avenue, Cleveland, trafficking in heroin and trafficking in marijuana with forfeiture specifications.

Danielle E. Liese, 29, West Main Street, Greenville, Pa., possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Darla A. Sloane, 41, East Boston Avenue, possession of heroin.

Deandre Underwood, 24, Bane Street SW., Warren, possession of cocaine.

Jesse G. Kalhoun, 38, Elbern Street, direct presentment, possession of heroin.

Robert Manigault, 19, East Avondale Avenue, direct presentment, two counts of burglary.

Nicholas J. Erwin, 22, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, direct presentment, possession of heroin.

John Miller, 32, Hawthorne Drive, Brookfield, direct presentment, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and possession of heroin.

Terrence Johnson, 27, Lois Court, direct presentment, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Adrial Clinkscale, 38, Lanterman Road and Bruce Clinkscale, 41, Ohio State Penitentiary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, direct presentment, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a governmental facility.

Relda L. Bates, 52, West Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, direct presentment, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a governmental facility.

Shane M. Peterson, 33, East Indiana Avenue, Sebring, direct presentment, escape.

Charles Boerio, 20, West Chalmers Avenue, direct presentment, two counts of forgery and two counts of theft.
