AUSTINTOWN

Authorities found two men in possession of more than 200 oil caps after they had been stolen a few from Walmart Wednesday morning.

Brandon Braccini, 21 of Warren, was arrested at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., this morning at 5:42 a.m.

His brother, 23-year old Joshua Braccini also of Warren, was arrested at the same time.

Both were charged with misdemeanor theft.

According to a police report, Walmart officials observed one of them take cologne off a shelf and hand it to his brother to conceal on his person. Store officials stopped them and police arrived for their investigation.

The two brothers had five oil caps in their pockets and store officials discovered five oil bottles were opened and one had spilled on the floor.

Inside of the brothers' vehicle, authorities found 203 oil caps that were to be used for redeeming cash if a person was in possession of them.

Police said the caps were worth one dollar a piece.
