Staff report

WARREN

Don McLean and Judy Collins will team up for a co-headlining Oct. 10 concert at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave.

The Temptations will be at the hall in November.

McLean and Collins have both carved their names into the American musical landscape with anthems that came to define a generation.

McLean is forever associated with his classic hits “American Pie” and “Vincent” (Starry Starry Night).

Collins became one of the most significant voices of the 1960s folk revival, performing with luminaries such as Joan Baez and Pete Seeger. She continued to write and sing for more than 50 years, accumulating a body of work that includes hits like “Both Sides Now” (by Joni Mitchell) and “Send in the Clowns” (by Stephen Sondheim).

The concert is being promoted by Sunrise Entertainment. For information on all Sunrise concerts, go to backatthepack.com.

On Nov. 16, Sunrise will bring The Temptations to Packard hall.

One of the most iconic bands in American music, the vocal group is marking the 50th anniversary of their hit “My Girl.”

Tickets for both shows will go on sale June 30. All tickets are reserved seating. To order, go to packardmusichall.com or call 330-841-2931. Tickets are also available at the Packard Music Hall box office, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
